So, as we all know this winter is gonna be different from previous one because of CORONA and we know in winters the most common illness is cold, flue, bronchitis, running nose. so this winter we have to be a very safe and healthy.Â

In winter try to keep yourself active and warm and exercise can helps to you. it makes you strong immunity, strength. it keeps you warm for hour. it give your extra energy. you can burn more calories for exercise no need to go to gym you can use home space as well, try for yoga, skipping, push up, pull up, crunches and many more.
2-WARM-Â
As we know that it is very important to keep yourself warm because low temperature can affect your body's ability to fight against virus and infection and here are many more ways to keep yourself warm i.e., regular exercise, keep the cold out from home, keep your home warm, have warm food and drinks, stay active.

3-HYGIENE-Â
If you are obsessed to hygiene than there are low chance of having exposed to illness. clean you hand regular after touching any suspicious object, take regular bath and clean your surroundings area.

4-EAT HEALTHY-Â
1st of all stay away from fast food it may hamper your health. eat food having adequate vitamins and minerals. drink green tea, lots of dry fruit, turmeric, Desi ghee, ginger, garlic, citrus fruit, fresh veggies etc.

5-TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN-Â
Dry skin in the winter is the common problem, so how we get rid it of - drink lots of water, wisely use of hand wash cleaners because some of cleaners contains harmful chemical which may harsh your skin, use natural moisturizer, suns cream, etc.Â
