Heredity consist 80% of all factor which responsible for height. and left are Hormones, environmental conditions, nutrition, lifestyle, regular exercise also responsible for height. any of them can affects height. Â
here we gonna discus about these factors.
1-HERIDTY-Â
It means "process by which physical and mental qualities passes from parents to child
through gene", means if both of parents are tall or any of them are tall than its likely heavenly
chances of having a tall offspring. but in case both the parents are short than more chances of having
short offspring.

2-HORMONES-Â
Hormones plays an important role in growth of height. it may easily influence your height. some of hormone are responsible for height are GH (growth hormone), thyroid hormones, sex hormones- testosterone for male and estrogen primarily for female.

3-NUTRITION-
It plays an important role. without feeding a full of nutritional meal may influence the height. consumption of required Vit.D, minerals, amino acid, protein, calcium should be in your diet. Â
Meat, Egg, Milk, Cheese, Nut and Seed, Cereals etc.

4-ENOUGH SLEEP-Â
As we all know production of growth hormone are on peak when body on rest or sleep. so improper sleep may influence the production of hormone and which may lead to short height.

5-REGULAR EXERCISE-Â
It also plays an important role. regular exercise is responsible for increase strength , good body posture, stamina which helps to being a tall person. so try do exercise on the regular basis or
participate in physical workout and sports.
