1. CONSUME ENOUGH VITAMINS AND MINERALS-Â
Add adequate Vitamins and minerals to your diet to avoid white hair. Vitamins and minerals which responsible for black hair are Calcium, Copper, Iron, Protein, Vit.B-5, B-6, B-9, B-12, Vit.D and Zinc.Â

2. QUIT SMOKING-Â
In a study it is found that smoking can cause white hair in young age in compare to non-smoker. smoking constrict the blood vessels, which decrease the blood flow to hair follicles and cause greying of hairs and hair fall as well.

3. STOP USING CHEMICAL HAIR PRODUCTS-Â
Yes chemical hair products may lead to greying of hair. these chemical product may also lead to hair fall. try to avoid using chemical hair product.

4. BE STRESS FREE-Â
Try to stay stress free. in a study it is found that stress is responsible for
decreasing melanocyte stem cells which is responsible for black hair.

5. REGULAR EXERCISE-Â
Regular exercise improve blood circulation, which enhance the production of melanocyte which responsible for melanin pigment.
