There are many practitioners or researcher who believe that you can cover your balding head with healthy hair once again by incorporating some yoga asanas into your daily routine. Yoga not only give you healthy hair but also improves physical health and mental health. Yoga aids maintaining concord between body and soul, improves blood circulation, helps in increasing height in a natural way and promotes healthy hair by preventing hair fall.

There are some yoga asanas which can help in your hair growth-


1.Sasangasana

In this asana blood flows to the head which allows proper circulation of blood to the scalp for good and healthy hair growth, in which your hair get proper nutrition.

Sit with your knees on the floor and put your hips on the heels. Now grab your heels by taking hands on the back. now slowly put your head on the ground and lift up your hips. This position should be held for 5 breaths.



2. Anulom Vilom Pranayam

Sit straight and place your thumb on left and right nostrils alternate to block left or right nostril. only close one nostril at a time and breath in from the unblock nostril, try to breath slowly as long as your lungs filled with air and release your thumb and use the ring finger to close your other nostril, now slowly exhale through your unblock nostril.

Beginners can repeat this process for 5-10 times and then you can increase it up to more than 10 round as your capacity.

 

 

3.Sirsasana(Headstand Pose)- 

The name itself depicts that you need to stand on your head in this pose. It is difficult but has very good effects on the body. in beginning you can perform by taking support of wall and later without any support. It is one of the foremost yoga in terms of  hair fall control and aids in promoting hair growth.

 


 


4. Matsyasana Yoga(Fish Pose)

lie down on your back on the yoga mat with keep your foot together and place your both of hands underneath the hips. Palm should facing down. Now bring the elbows closer toward each other. gradually inhale and lift chest and head up, lower your head to the backward and try to touch crown of the head to the floor and now put the body weight on your elbows, press the legs and thighs towards the floor. hold the position for a while.

 


 

5. Pavanmuktasana-  

Lie down on your back straight, do breath in and out gradually and start raising your both of legs to the 90 degree angle from the floor and now slowly band legs from the knees and place against the abdomen. Now embrace your knees with both arms, hands should be clasping opposite elbow. Bend your neck and try to put your chin on your knees or you can touch your knees by your chin. Now hold position for a while.



*All the poses were for better blood circulation to your scalp and better hair growth. Stress is another root cause of hair loss. To solve this, you need to meditate daily. This works very well to reduce stress levels and anxiety.
