So you should keep some precaution in your mind specially during this year (in such a pandemic).

1.Flu-Â
One of the most common winter issue is Flu. Due to change in temperature many suffers with flu. In order for relief take a steamy shower and sip in hot fluids.

2.Wear appropriate clothing-Â
Keep yourself fully covered with woolly clothes when the temperature goes down low. To keep yourself warm, use blower, heater, scarves and jackets to stay safe from cold winds.Â

3.Cracked heels-Â
Cracked heels causes a big pain in winters. in terms to relieve place your feet in warm water for 15 minutes and then scrub. Later apply some cream over it. Do this regularly to overcome cracked heel.

4.Sunscreen is must-Â
Sun is fun during winters, but too much sun exposure can cause damage to your skin. Therefore, make sure you apply a sunscreen before stepping out in the sun.

Apply good body lotion daily, especially just after shower to lock the moisture. This will give your skin a radiant look.
