Lower body or legs workout are most important in term of fitness or bodybuilding because it gives strength to our body, support and balance.

as we know leg is most skip day in gym because it hurts a lot in comparison to the other body parts. so having a stronger legs gives you a strength, balance to your body.

A perfect or stronger lower body is very tough to perform. recovery period is longer and more painful in lower body, so always give rest to your lower part for at least two days to recover legs muscles.

 

So now here we comes with some of best legs workout at gym for you guys-

 

1. LEG CURL- 

  • Set:-  4 sets of 12 reps 
  • Rest:- take 30secs
  • Targeted muscles:- Hamstring, calf
  • type:- Resistance weight training. 


 
 

2. LEG EXTENSION- 

  • Set:-  4 sets of 10- 12 reps 
  • Rest:- take 30secs
  • Targeted muscles:- Qudariceps muscles, Rectus femoris, Vastus lateralis, Vastus medialis, Vastus intermedius.
  • type:- Resistance weight training  and isometric.



3. LEG PRESS- 

  • Set:-  4 sets of 12 reps 
  • Rest:- take 30secs
  • Targeted muscles:- Hamstring,Glutes, Quadricpes
  • type:- Compound weight training. 


 

4. DEADLIFT- 

  • Set:-  4 sets of 12 reps 
  • Rest:- take 30secs
  • Targeted muscles:- Hamstring,Glutes, Back, Hips, Core, Trapezius
  • type:- Compound weight training.


 

5. WALKING LUNGES DEAD-LIFT- 

  • Set:-  4 sets of 12 reps 
  • Rest:- take 30secs
  • Targeted muscles:- Hamstring,Glutes, Back, Hips, Core, Trapezius, Calf
  • type:- Compound weight training.
