In this article we will tell you about lean body workout. Lean body means less amount of body fat percentage. Example there are two Men both height  is 5'9 and weight 70 kg. But Man "A" having 20% body fat and Man "B" having a 15% body fat. So man "B" is Leaner because he has a lower body fat.

2. Day second Leg

3. Leg curl
4. Dumbbell lunges
5. Leg press calf raise
6. Seated calf raise


3. Day third Back


1. Deadlift
2. Barbell row
3. Lat pull-down
4. Cable row
5. Pull up

4. Day fourth shoulder and triceps


1. Lateral raise
2. Seated military raise
3. Front raise
4. Barbell shrug
5. Dips
