So as we know Heredity plays an important role in height (80%) but along with heredity there are some other factors which also influence the height, yoga is one of them factor which also helps in height growth.

How yoga helps in height gain


Yoga helps in stretching, flexibility and strengthening and realignment of spine which result in taller posture.

So now here we present some of the best yoga for height gain.

1. Tadasana

It resembles like a mountain shape. It simple to perform. 


STEPS-

 
a. Stand comfortably
b. Stand straight with relax shoulder and keep both feet together.
c. When you begin to Inhale along with it lift your heel up and stand on your toes and start raising both of your hand in upward direction.
d. Stretch your whole body to upward.
e. Hold your body for some of secs.
f. than back to your normal position with exhalation.

 




2. Vrikshasana

This resembles to the Tree, in this Asana individual has to stand like a tree.

STEPS-

a. Stand straight comfortably
b. Then lift your left leg and bend from knee and place the foot high up on your right thigh.
c. Start inhale and raise your hand over the head and make a position of Namste by bringing your both the palm together.
d. Stand straight and make a balance
e. And exhale gradually and come to the normal position.
f. Repeat this pose on next leg.

 




3. Trikonasana

This Asana resembles to the triangle shape. It gives you flexibility and strengthening to the spine and other body parts also

STEPS


a. Stand straight and keep the distance between your legs of 3-4ft.
b. Now turn your feet to 90° and the second one to 15
c. Make the perfect balance.
d. now inhale and gradually exhale and at the same time start bending with the straight waist towards the ground and raise your right hand to upward direction and left hand to downward direction.
e. Now try to stretch the body as much you can do and keep your hand in  straight position.
f. As you inhale come up to the normal standing position.
g. Now repeat the same.




4. Bhujangasana

This asanas resembles to the Cobra pose. It helps in increasing the mobility of your spine, relieve in back pain and helps in height growth.

STEPS-


a. First comfortably lay down on the mat
b. Put your palm on the floor directly under your shoulder, start bending elbow straight back and touch them to your side don't let them open.
c. Gradually inhale and start lift your chest in upward direction. Only upper part should be lift and lower ribs should touch the ground.
d. Now hold the position for long time(10sec) and then lay down and repeat the same.
