Immunity is the body's potential to prevent the invasion of pathogen. immunity varies person to person.

 

Here we present YOGA to boost IMMUNITY

1. Shishuasana

*It improves the blood circulation and boost immunity

How to do

Sit over the Knee and place your hip on heels , now try to bend in the forward direction on the ground. keep your hand alongside your body with hands on the floor. now hold the position for one min and back to normal sitting position and then repeat.

 


 

2. Setu Bandhasana

* It is good for heart and boost immunity

* Improves blood circulation

* Boost energy level

How to do

First lay down on your back, fold your knees and keep your feet 10-12 inches away your pelvis. Ankles should be placed directly under the knees. keep your arms close to the body with palm facing down.

now gradually inhale and slowly lift your lower and middle back in upward direction, gently roll the shoulder. touch the chest to the chin without bringing chin to your chest. put your weight on shoulder for support and make a balance. Hold the position for one or two minutes.

 


3. Cobra pose


It stretch your chest shoulder and abdomen. Also provide strength to your spine, helps to reduce back pain

How to do

a. First comfortably lay down on the mat

b. Put your palm on the floor directly under your shoulder, start bending elbow straight back and touch them to your side don't let them open.

c. Gradually inhale and start lift your chest in upward direction. Only upper part should be lift and lower ribs should touch the ground.

d. Now hold the position for long time(10sec) and then lay down and repeat the same. 

 


 

4- Matsyasana

It boost the Digestive system.

It improve blood circulation to the whole body.

How to do

First lie on your back on the mat keep your foot together and place your hand underneath the hips. Palm facing down. Now bring the elbows closer toward each other. Slowly breath in and lift the head and chest up, keeping the chest elevated, lower your head to the backward and touch crown of the head to the floor. Now put the weight on elbows not on the head, lift your chest up from in between the shoulder blades, press the thighs and legs to the floor and now hold this position as much as you can.

 


5. Tadasana

* It resembles like a mountain shape. It simple to perform. 

* It can boost your immunity 

How to do

 
a. Stand comfortably
b. Stand straight with relax shoulder and keep both feet together.
c. When you begin to Inhale along with it lift your heel up and stand on your toes and start raising both of your hand in upward direction.
d. Stretch your whole body to upward.
e. Hold your body for some of secs.
f. than back to your normal position with exhalation.


 

6.Vrikshasana

* This resembles to the Tree, in this Asana individual has to stand like a tree.

* Boost the immunity

How to do

a. Stand straight comfortably
b. Then lift your left leg and bend from knee and place the foot high up on your right thigh.
c. Start inhale and raise your hand over the head and make a position of Namste by bringing your both the palm together.
d. Stand straight and make a balance
e. And exhale gradually and come to the normal position.
f. Repeat this pose on next leg.
