In India several states recorded the case of White fungus.
The first case of white fungus came from Patna, Bihar. However, the
government-run Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH) has dismissed
these reports, according to India Today. And now a fresh case has been
detected in Uttar Pradesh.
The MD of Delhi's LNJP Hospital, Dr. Suresh Kumar said as quoted by News agency ANI "White fungus (Aspergillosis) is not as dangerous as black fungus. The treatment for the latter can continue for 1-1.5 months hence early diagnosis is critical. don't take steroids to treat COVID19 without consulting your doctor".Â
"fungus grow in cramped and humid spaces so keep ensure that your surrounding are cleaned regularly. avoid consuming eatable refrigerated for days, eat fresh fruits, let sunlight in your house and wash your mask daily", he added.

The expert also said there was no basis to reports that white fungus is more invasive than Black fungus.
