1. Camel Pose

How to do 

Start with kneeling and feet hip-width apart and the tops of your fleet flat on the floor, keep your hips on your knees, your tailbone should down, and lower your belly lifted. now bring your hands to your heart in prayer position, roll your shoulders back and hug your elbows in. curl your chest open by leaning back, but your hips should over your knees. now relax your head and open your throat.

2. Reclined Bound Angles Pose

- It helps in relaxation

How to do 

lie down on your back, with your knees bent wide and the soles of your feet together now bring your heels as close to your hips. lift your chest up and draw your shoulder blades down your back to lengthen your neck. now take your arms wide, with your palms facing up.

3. Janu Sirsasana

- It is seated twisting and forward bending asana

- Calms the mind

How to do

just sit down on the floor comfortably and extend your left foot and press your right foot inside the left thigh. now breath in and raise your arms overhead. Inhale and start bending your lower back toward straight leg and now try to touch your toe or hold the stretched leg. hold the position for a while and repeat with another leg.

4. Cat - Cow pose

- It provides strength and flexibility to your spine, shoulder and neck. it reduce back pain and neck pain. 

How to do

Sit on your palm and on knees. Place your both palm underneath the shoulder and knee under the hip.
Now as you start breath in as you look up and let your abdomen go down toward the floor and when you breath out as you look down and let your back go upwards. continue the movements with 5-6 reps.

5. Half spinal twist

How to do

Sit down with legs straight, now bend your left leg towards your body and place your left leg outside the right leg. now bend your right leg and place close to hips. place your right hand over the left knee
and turn your upper body from waist and face over the left shoulder. now hold the position for a while. now repeat with another side.
