In this article we will talk about "Yoga to control appetite"

Uncontrolled appetite may lead to obesity and some health issues also. if you are eating more than normal than your appetite has increased but if you eat more than your maintenance calories that it lead to weight gain.

If your appetite is high for prolong time than it may be a symptoms of serious health issue, like hyperthyroidism, diabetes, obesity, etc.

Best yoga to control Appetite

 

1. Vrikshasana

This resembles to the Tree, in this Asana individual has to stand like a tree.


STEPS-

a. Stand straight comfortably

b. Then lift your left leg and bend from knee and place the foot high up on your right thigh.

c. Start inhale and raise your hand over the head and make a position of Namste by bringing your both the palm together.

d. Stand straight and make a balance

e. And exhale gradually and come to the normal position.

f. Repeat this pose on next leg.

 

2. Savasana

STEPS

Just lay down on ground very straight, now gently open your feet. palms should in upward direction.

 role your shoulder down your back. hold this position  for 1 min and the come to back to normal position.


3. Pawanmuktasana

It boost the digestive system

How to do Pawanmuktasana

Lay down on the floor in supine position, Exhale and inhale slowly and raise the legs to the 90 degree angle from the floor now band your both the legs at the knees and place against the abdomen. Now encircle the knees with both arms, hands should be clasping opposite elbow. Bend the neck and put the chin on the knees or touch the chin to the knees. Now hold this position as much as you can, breathe normally during the asana.
