Lie down on the ground and bend your both the knees and bring it to your stomach and hold outside of your toes by the hands and keep your ankle directly above the knee while pushing your hands with your feet.

2. Chair pose
It targets the Abdominal, quads, triceps, delts, gluets muscles.
How to do
Keep stand straight shoulder-width apart and your toes should facing forward and start raising your both of the hands overhead and bend your knees. your thighs should parallel to the floor and torso will slightly lean forward. hold the position for a while and repeat.

3. Cobra pose
It targets Lats, Triceps, abdomen, glutes, hamstring muscles.Â
How to do
Just lay down on your back on the yoga mat and place your both of palms on the floor under your shoulder and slowly start bending your elbow straight back and try to touch your elbow to your side and don't let elbow open. Now gradually breath in and start lift your chest up only upper body part should lift off the ground. hold the position for a while and repeat.
4. Cat cow pose
It targets neck, shoulder, lower back muscles.
How to do
Sit on your palm and on knees. Place your both palm underneath the shoulder and knee under the hip.
Now as you start breath in as you look up and let your abdomen go down toward the floor and when you breath out as you look down and let your back go upwards. continue the movements with 5-6 reps.
