Low sperm also known as oligospermia. low sperm mean that the semen you ejaculate during an orgasm contains less sperm than normal.Â
Low sperm count could be a signal of certain health problem, due to hormonal balance, environmental factors, lifestyle, consumption of alcohol, depression, obesity, certain medications.Â
Low sperm or infertility is one of the leading cause of mental issue, but there is a good thing that it is curable by various method, include medication, treatment of causative agents, and by yoga.Â
Yoga and meditation have been studied as possible treatments for depression and anxiety. now a days yoga has become increasingly popular and above we tell that stress and depression is one of cause of infertility, and yoga is very effective at reducing stress.
There is an article of 2013, 'Male reproductive health and yoga', in this review article researchers have been found that yoga, triggers neurohormonal mechanisms that reduces stress and anxiety that ultimately improves reproductive health but more researches are needed.

1. Lotus Pose
Sit on the floor in the simple posture with straight back, now take your left foot in to your hand and slowly place your leg on right thigh and repeat with the right leg. remember your back should straight , feel yourself relax, open your chest.Â
Now extend your arm and place your both of wrist on the knees with palm facing upward, now close your eyes for 10 slow deep breaths.

2. Bow pose
Lie down on your stomach on the ground, bend your knee toward hips and reach your arm back and hold the ankle, now gently start raising your chest up and also lift your thighs off the floor. Hold this position for 5-6 breath and repeat.Â

3. Cobra Pose
First comfortably lay down on the mat now put your palm on the floor directly under your shoulder, start bending
elbow straight back and touch them to your side don't let them open. Gradually inhale and start lift your chest in upward direction. Only
upper part should be lift and lower ribs should touch the ground, now hold the position for 10sec and then lay down and repeat the same.

4. Plow pose
Lay down on your back on the floor with extend legs and arm at your side, at the time of inhalation lift your hips and legs towards the ceiling, bring your torso perpendicular to the floor. stretch your legs and gradually lower down your toes to the floor. Now try to touch the floor with your toes, if you are not able to touch the floor, support your back with your hands. If your feet placed well then stretched your both arm along the floor and interlace your fingers. Now hold this position for 3-5 minutes.Â
